LopinYukelis Corp., Brooklyn, N.Y., launched CommercialDeals.com, a free resource for the commercial real estate lending market.
Commercial real estate investors/developers in the United States or around the world who seek financing can post their deals for lenders. Brokers, lawyers, accountants and consultants can join the web site with listings added from direct debt and equity lenders and others, as requested by users.
Gleb Yukelis, principal of CommercialDeals.com, formerly vice president at Madison Realty Capital, New York, said borrower interest to connect with lenders through the Internet is increasing and www.commercialdeals.com has 42 deals posted on the site.
"The market for online commercial real estate finance leads has room to grow," said Eugene Lopin, principal at CommercialDeals.com.
Lopin, a former lender, broker and borrower in commercial real estate, said the various roles helped him gain different perspectives on needs and motives within commercial real estate.
